This course will meet for 3 weeks on Wednesdays from 6:00 – 9:00pm on the following dates:

- Wednesday, June 19th
Join Lindsay Monal for a 3 week, immersive training to help you deepen your understanding of sound as energy medicine, and help you develop a sound healing practice of your own. This course is great for individuals already teaching yoga, meditation, reiki, or other modalities who are looking to incorporate sound into their offerings, as well as students of sound healing who are feeling called to learn more.

Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is the best way for you to truly deepen your yoga practice and gain a comprehensive understanding of the asanas and underlying philosophy. This course will prepare you to begin teaching, if you want, or can serve as a catalyst for personal transformation, and deep commitment to your lifelong wellbeing.
We start on October 11th, 2024, and by March 2nd 2025 you’ll graduate with your teaching certificate!
