Join Lindsay Monal for a 10 hour immersive training to help you deepen your understanding of sound as energy medicine, and help you develop a sound healing practice of your own. In this small group training, we will spend time:
- Discussing the science of sound, vibration, and its effects on our bodies, minds and nervous systems
- Learning the history of sound healing across cultures and exploring our own relationships to sound
- Experiencing immersive live sound baths and guided meditations and reflecting on our experiences of them
- Practicing playing crystal sound bowls and other instruments together with individualized guidance and support
- Learning how to lead others in sound baths and meditations of varying lengths, including how to set students and clients up for comfort and success
There will be plenty of time to ask questions around the practice of sound healing, and experience the gifts that sound has to offer!
Space is limited, be sure to reserve your space as soon as possible.

Breathwork + Reiki Circle
Friday, April 7th | 6:30-8:00 PM
This group offering is a healing circle dedicated to using the power of your breath and energy to get out of your head, connect to your body and to allow yourself to truly let go.
Breathwork is a 3-part active meditation that works to release stuck energy in the body such as stress, tension or trauma. This type of breathwork allows emotional blocks to clear and can help facilitate a deep, cathartic release. Reiki is a natural Japanese healing technique used for stress reduction and promotion of your physical and emotional well being. Combining these two
healing modalities together creates a transformational experience that can help you release,
rebalance and create more space for your divine being. Katie will serve as your guide
throughout the session holding space for everything that comes up as well as creating a sense
of safety and support throughout.
*PLEASE NOTE – This type of breathwork is an active meditation that can create space for deep
emotional catharsis. We will use the breath as well as sound to move through this experience holding space for whatever comes up.
Please email Katie directly with any questions –KatieHealyWellness@gmail.com

Vinyasa & Live Music
Friday, April 14th | 6:30-7:30 PM
You’re not sure if you came for the live music or the yoga but most likely you’ll enjoy both.
This class is offered once a month with a rotating list of local musicians playing live music as the backdrop to a free flowing vinyasa yoga class. The energy is light hearted, the music is intoxicating, and we can’t think of a better way to end your work week on a Friday night.
